NHS – Patient Activity Tracker
Application Design/Development
Project Direction: Rob Garnett
Platform: Microsoft .NET / Apple iOS
SULA (Service User Leave and Activity Planner) was a pilot system developed for Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, including a web based app and iPad mobile app.
The solution was developed in alignment with the ’25 Hours of Activity’ framework, used within a clinical environment as part of the treatment plan for mental health in-patients.
The system plans and tracks the ‘meaningful activity’ a patient has undertaken during their stay. Having the ability to automate this process represents a significant time saving against using manual spreadsheets, whilst having a positive impact on patient recovery.
The vision started as a whiteboard sketch progressing carefully through our structured engagement process resulting in a unique product built from scratch.
