Merseyside Catalyst Fund
The Merseyside Catalyst Fund provides investment (equity and debt) to support projects that deliver economic growth and a positive social contribution to the Northwest Region. The Fund exists to support development and projects, particularly in challenging market conditions such as we face today, and it remains well capitalized a ready to support eligible schemes.
About Merseyside Catalyst Fund
The Catalyst Fund was established in 2016 to meet Merseyside Pension Fund's criteria of investing in projects to help deliver economic growth to the Liverpool City Region. This includes upgrading the housing offer, regenerating deprived communities and maximising the use of new spaces in the city.
