Overview

RAS is the leading provider of stocktaking, store development and supply chain management services, working with major household retail stores in the UK. They invited Think Digitally to tender for the development of a Store Support Dashboard, which we successfully won.

The Challenge   

RAS needed to access the critical insights that would enable them to allocate the right resources to store development projects in a more efficient way. They supplied Think Digitally with a Functional Specification, which included scope for a fixed set of requirements – often seen as a hurdle to overcome in software development.

The Solution

Using our well-established internal processes, including a Discovery and Design phase, we validated those fixed requirements in close cooperation with RAS stakeholders. We were then able to successfully deliver an innovative Store Support Dashboard on budget as well as cater for essential enhancements to deliver a finished project.
